Custom static-generated storefront. Zero client-side framework, rebuilt on publish. Fast enough that speed is a feature.

02 — Admin SPA

React/TypeScript ops console at admin.veltrigen.com: order-pipeline kanban, orders, invoices, inventory & purchase orders, customers, promotions, affiliates, email center, revenue & analytics dashboards — it replaced Notion, spreadsheets, and a stock admin. A separate affiliate/referral portal runs beside it.

03 — Cloud & ops

AWS managed entirely with Terraform — custom VPC, encrypted volumes, hourly snapshots, GuardDuty/CloudTrail, MFA-enforced IAM — on a lean monthly cloud bill.
