As-built drawing: GitLab CI/CD and Authentik SSO feed a Terraform-managed AWS VPC costing about forty dollars per month, containing the storefront, the admin SPA, the API and data layer, and an affiliate portal. A monitoring block with Prometheus, Grafana and Playwright observes the VPC. An integration bus connects Shippo, Resend, Omnisend, GA4 with Google Ads, and processor-flexible checkout. RSTS — store and events, one platform.

Utah airsoft retailer and milsim event company. One platform unifies the store and the events business, so a single customer profile spans purchases and event attendance. Built and operated under a revenue-share partnership — a percentage of net via Stripe Connect, not an upfront invoice. The deal structure flexes to the business.

As-built drawing: a storefront SPA and a staff dashboard connect to a Django API, which connects to Postgres with oversell protection, Redis and Celery for jobs, and Stripe for checkout, tax and Connect. Authentik SSO provides one customer profile, and a read-only partner data feed runs over a private tailnet.
