Stagg Business Solutions

Custom software & managed platforms — Utah

Whatever your business needs, we build it. And you own every line.

Storefronts, admin consoles, ordering, payments, hosting — one team designs, builds, and operates the whole stack. Fixed price. No subscription that never ends. Your name on the code.

Solutions

An index of what we build.

Six disciplines, one team, no hand-offs. If your business needs it and it runs on software, it belongs on this list.

  1. E-commerce & storefronts

    Build

Static-generated storefronts that load instantly and never rent your own catalog back to you. Checkout wired to the processor of your choice.

  2. Admin dashboards & CRMs

    Build

Ops consoles shaped around how your team actually works — orders, inventory, customers, invoicing, reporting — replacing the spreadsheet sprawl.

  3. Ordering & booking

    Build

Ticketing, scheduling, reservations, and check-in — with oversell protection enforced at the database, not politely suggested by the UI.

  4. Payments, processor-agnostic

    Build

Card, ACH, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, eCheck — your processor, your rates. Swap providers without rewriting your platform.

  5. Managed hosting & monitoring

    Run

Production and staging, SSL, daily off-site backups, patching, 24/7 uptime monitoring — flat $150 a month. When something breaks, we get paged first.

  6. Integrations & automation

    Connect

Shipping, transactional email, marketing, analytics, single sign-on — the glue work that retires the copy-paste job nobody admits to doing.

If your business needs it, we build it.

Selected work

Three businesses, three problems, one method.

Real platforms, in production or delivered — not concept work. Each one owned outright by the client it was built for.

Case No. 1 — Flagship · E-commerce · veltrigen.com

One team owns the whole stack. The client owns all of it.

Veltrigen is a direct-to-customer e-commerce brand. Stagg built and operates everything it runs on — code, cloud, CI, identity, monitoring — and the client holds the title to one hundred percent of it. No platform between the business and its customers, and no fee collected on either.

Storefront

A custom static-generated storefront with zero client-side framework, rebuilt on publish. Fast because there is nothing left to slow it down.

Admin SPA

A React/TypeScript ops console: order-pipeline kanban, orders, invoices, inventory and purchase orders, customers, promotions, affiliates, an email center, and revenue and analytics dashboards — plus a separate affiliate and referral portal.

Cloud & ops

AWS managed entirely with Terraform — custom VPC, encrypted volumes, hourly snapshots, GuardDuty and CloudTrail, MFA-enforced IAM — for roughly $40 a month. GitLab CI/CD with per-branch preview environments and smoke gates. Prometheus and Grafana monitoring, a Playwright end-to-end suite, formal security reviews, external vulnerability scanning.

Integrations Shippo batch shipping labels · Resend transactional email · Omnisend marketing · GA4 and Google Ads · processor-flexible checkout — card, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, eCheck · Authentik SSO with Google sign-in for customers and staff.

Case No. 2 — Retail + events · reliantmilsim.com

A store and an events business, one customer profile.

Reliant Sentinel Training Solutions is a Utah airsoft retailer and milsim event company that ran its store and its events as separate worlds. Stagg built one platform where a single customer profile spans purchases and event attendance — then kept running it.

  • Ticketing with database-enforced oversell protection
  • Multi-pack tickets — one purchase, N QR codes
  • Offline-tolerant QR check-in with in-browser camera scanning
  • E-signature liability waivers with generated PDF certificates and automated reminders
  • Per-event community portals — private team channels, polls, attachments, email digests
  • Affiliate program with payouts
  • Points-and-rewards loyalty at 10 pts per dollar
  • Media gallery and photo packages
  • Per-state tax engine
  • Revenue reporting and forecasting
  • Ticket-gated rental gear

No upfront invoice. Stagg built the platform and runs it for a percentage of net revenue, settled through Stripe Connect. The deal structure flexes to fit the business.

The revenue-share engagement model

Stack Django · Postgres · Redis · Celery · two React SPAs (storefront + staff dashboard) · Authentik SSO · Stripe Checkout + Stripe Tax · CI/CD with quality and security gates — SAST, container and IaC scanning, SonarQube · read-only partner data feed over a private tailnet.

Case No. 3 — Multi-tenant CRM · Delivered 2025

Three shops, one platform, delivered.

Shields, Murray, and AA Auto — three independent auto shops on one shared CRM core. Per-shop Postgres databases, a runtime integration-plugin architecture, Authentik SSO, per-branch preview environments, smoke-gated CI. A new shop onboards in hours, not weeks, and none of them pays a per-seat SaaS subscription for the privilege of reading their own customer records.

The model

Rent software forever, or own it once.

Most platforms charge you monthly for the rest of your business's life. We charge once, hand you the keys, and — if you want — stay on to keep the lights on.

A comparison, set side by side.

Pay monthly, forever. Pay once, fixed price.
The vendor owns the platform. You own 100% of the code.

A support-ticket queue when it breaks. We get paged first.Optional managed hosting, flat $150/mo.*

Managed hosting covers production and staging environments, SSL, daily off-site backups, security patching, and 24/7 uptime monitoring — one flat rate, cancel any time, and the code is still yours the day you leave.
