Featured case — veltrigen.com
Veltrigen is a direct-to-customer e-commerce brand. Stagg runs the entire operation — code, cloud, CI, identity, monitoring — and the client owns 100% of it.

Most agencies hand over a website. Stagg handed Veltrigen a company's entire operating stack — storefront, back office, cloud, and the pipelines between them — then stayed on to run it. The distinction matters: everything described below belongs to the client, outright, from the first commit.
The storefront is custom and static-generated: zero client-side framework, rebuilt on publish, fast enough that speed is a feature. It ranks cleanly and carries no platform between the brand and its customers.
Behind it, a React/TypeScript ops console at admin.veltrigen.com runs the business — order-pipeline kanban, orders, invoices, inventory and purchase orders, customers, promotions, affiliates, an email center, revenue and analytics dashboards. It replaced Notion, spreadsheets, and a stock admin panel, with a separate affiliate and referral portal standing beside it.
The cloud underneath is AWS, managed entirely with Terraform — custom VPC, encrypted volumes, hourly snapshots, GuardDuty and CloudTrail, MFA-enforced IAM — on a lean monthly bill. GitLab CI/CD ships every change through per-branch preview environments and smoke gates; Prometheus and Grafana watch it, a Playwright E2E suite guards it, and formal security reviews with external vulnerability scanning check the locks. Authentik SSO with Google sign-in covers customers and staff alike.

Case — reliantmilsim.comRevenue-share
RSTS — Reliant Sentinel Training Solutions — is a Utah airsoft retailer and milsim event company. One platform unifies both businesses, so a single customer profile spans store purchases and event attendance.
Editor's note — the dealNo upfront invoice. Stagg built and runs the platform for a percentage of net revenue via Stripe Connect. Proof the deal structure flexes to the business.

Second front — the difference
Software you rent never becomes yours. Software we build is yours on day one — and if you want us to keep running it, that's one flat monthly rate, not a percentage of your future.
SaaS charges you forever for software that was never yours. We charge you once for software that always is.
| Item | Software rented — SaaS | Software owned — Stagg |
|---|---|---|
| Engagement | Per-seat subscription, every month, forever | Fixed price — one number, quoted up front, in writing |
| Ownership | Theirs. It always was. | Yours — 100% of the code, from day one |
| Platform fees | Monthly, and rising at every renewal | None — ever |
| Hosting | Bundled in, priced their way, on their terms | Optional — one flat monthly rate: production + staging, SSL, daily off-site backups, patching, 24/7 monitoring |
| Processor | Their processor, their cut of every sale | Any payment processor — your rates, your terms |
| On departure | Cancel, and it all disappears | Leave anytime — keep everything |

Government & defense — Stagg maintains a compact federal practice: NIST 800-171 aligned infrastructure, a CMMC Level 2 self-assessment completed, and TS/SCI clearances held by individual engineers available to defense programs.
Corporate past performance elsewhere in this edition is Stagg's own. Government experience is carried by cleared key personnel — the two are not the same, and we don't blur them.
