Custom static-generated storefront. Zero client-side framework, rebuilt on publish. Fast enough that speed is a feature.
02 — Admin SPA
React/TypeScript ops console at admin.veltrigen.com: order-pipeline kanban, orders, invoices, inventory & purchase orders, customers, promotions, affiliates, email center, revenue & analytics dashboards. It replaced Notion, spreadsheets, and a stock admin — plus a separate affiliate portal beside it.

AWS managed entirely with Terraform — custom VPC, encrypted volumes, hourly snapshots, GuardDuty/CloudTrail, MFA-enforced IAM — on a lean monthly cloud bill. GitLab CI/CD with per-branch preview environments and smoke gates. Prometheus + Grafana monitoring, Playwright E2E, formal security reviews with external vulnerability scanning.

Ticketing with database-enforced oversell protection and multi-pack tickets — one purchase, N QR codes — checked in by offline-tolerant, in-browser camera scanning. E-signature liability waivers with generated PDF certificates and automated reminders. A per-event community portal with private team channels, polls, and email digests. Affiliate payouts, points-based loyalty rewards, a per-state tax engine, revenue forecasting, media galleries, and ticket-gated rental gear.
No upfront invoice. Stagg built and runs the platform for a percentage of net revenue via Stripe Connect — proof the deal structure flexes to the business.

Stagg maintains a compact federal practice: NIST 800-171 aligned infrastructure, a CMMC Level 2 self-assessment completed, and TS/SCI clearances held by individual engineers available to defense programs.
Corporate past performance above is Stagg's own. Government experience is carried by cleared key personnel — the two are not the same, and we don't blur them.
