React/TypeScript ops console at admin.veltrigen.com: order-pipeline kanban, orders, invoices, inventory & purchase orders, customers, promotions, affiliates, email center, revenue & analytics dashboards. It replaced Notion, spreadsheets, and a stock admin — plus a separate affiliate/referral portal beside it.
03 — Cloud & ops
AWS managed entirely with Terraform — custom VPC, encrypted volumes, hourly snapshots, GuardDuty/CloudTrail, MFA-enforced IAM — on a lean monthly cloud bill. GitLab CI/CD with per-branch preview environments and smoke gates. Prometheus + Grafana monitoring, Playwright E2E, formal security reviews with external vulnerability scanning.
